I found an old travel water colour kit that I bought on a trip to Tokyo a lifetime ago, so I pretty much had to do some water colour studies to warm up this morning. First time I have used water colour in years… I am out of practice.

Also, some sketch pages from yesterday thrown in for good measure.

Illustrations for The Book of Tyrael ©Blizzard Ent.

Just realized I never posted these here!

Four (of the seven) illustrations I did for the Book of Tyrael, a lore book on Diablo III. The artist lineup is impressive and I was very nervous when the AD, Doug A. Gregory, asked me to participate. But in the end he was awesome and it was one of my favorite jobs in 2013.

New website!!

Here’s the painting I did for “Brink”, Antler Gallery's second annual Audubon Society of Portland benefit show opening this Thursday! From what I've seen so far there's some really lovely work in the show so be sure to check it out if you can.
